In short, the minimum you may start with is two live channels, 500 concurrent streams so you will be fine till you reach 2000 subscribers. We don't limit our systems in terms of number of subscribers. You are limited in terms of concurrent streams because each streaming Server can handle up to 500 concurrent streams given the hardware capacity.
 
Scalability:

• To increase the number of channels, you simply add more and more Encoders for every two channels.
• To increase the number of concurrent streams, you need to add more and more streaming Servers for every 500 concurrent streams.
