We have recently re-engineered(re-worked, rethought and remodeled) an organization's business process using an intranet system and the results  are astounding.

 Because of Business Process Re-engineering, our clients have been able to;

• Drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to complete  a process, e.g. the Directors can now remotely log into the system and digitally sign documents that need their approval. In the past, this process was only possible .
• Now, using hand held devices, the management are notified about anything that require their attention, and they respond to it immediately.
